Dues are only $30 per year. Fifteen dollars is for operation costs and $15 is designated to our fish stocking program. Donations for larger amounts are always welcomed.

- control of invasive species such as Eurasian Water Milfoil and zebra mussels
- stocking of Jose Lake with bass, bluegill and walleye
- maintenance of the boat ramp and parking area
- annual clean up day
- the annual boat parade
- fire protection by the Goodar Township Fire Department
- law enforcement with the support of the Hale Citizens’ Patrol
- 14 fish cribs added to different areas in the lake to promote good fishing
